I can always expect very good visit.

This was my first visit to Providence Family Medicine and to Olena and I really enjoyed Olena and the attention I received.

I'm very happy with my interactions with Dr. Tseona. Her staff is also very engaged.

I love visiting this location as I feel heard and my concerns are not being pushed aside

Dr. Tseona and her team have been phenomenal in assisting me figure out what is wrong with me medically. There is a disconnect in Dr. Tseona receiving my messages through the portal but that is a small inconvenience compared to all of the great work and compassion they show me as their patient. I truly appreciate my medical team at providence!

This was my first visit (Wellness check) with Dr. Tseona. I like her.Later I did have to call the office to get a referral to the cardiologist for my yearly Echo (pacemaker related).

I had no problem with my visits the team is super !!

I really like that she actively listens. But I'm concerned at her knowledge level. Before she came in the room I could hear her asking the staff what she should do for my situation. And in the room I needed to remove my pants. Every doctor I've ever had steps out of the room and provides a drape, she just told me to take my pants off. It was really awkward. Other than that, she's very kind and attentive.

Considering it was first visit with this provider it went well. She listened and took the time to problem solve. But didn't have a perfect overall picture of health as she is not the primary care doctor. However, with the information and time limits she had, it was a good experience overall and I felt confident with the plan of care.

My symptoms were many, but overall, the doctor did well.

Surprised this time that they checked my ears, lymph nodes, my throat and listened to my chest. Very attentive and did not just listen to my concerns, but also what my body was saying about my problems too.

Did not have blood test, questionnaire not applicable, team was excellent, only issue with care was how long the appointment scheduled was, however, it was a first appointment & assessment so it was well worth the wait. Excellence from everyone, they better be there when we return, cause we wouldn't want anyone else for such excellent care & professionalism. Thanks a bunch everyone, keep up the fantastic work!
