It was my very first appointment with Dr Raisor so some of the questions didn't apply. But I was extremely happy with my care so far.

Katie is an absolutely outstanding provider. She is always very attentive and pays attention to you while you're at the appointment. She consistently demonstrates her professionalism by showing a caring, compassionate, attentive manner.

Nothing but good! I'm admittedly a lot, lots of Issues put off for too long that Im not starting to address now. And I still feel heard and addressed. All while felling a sense of genuine care. Everything is great and they always help me out of find solutions to help me out.

Providence clinics that I use are all helpful and explain everything. They are respectful,friendly and treat me like Im important. They are all caring people and I appreciate everything they've done for me

This past year I transferred my care from Kaiser to providence. I couldn't be happier with me placed at Rochester family practice. Staff and clinicians from the receptionist, to the medical assistant to the nurse practitioner our kind caring and respectful.

I just started seeing Katty as my other PCP retired, it took a very long time to get into her as a new patient which was frustrating as I was experiencing some serious health Issues. I look forward to working with Katty.

Katty Raisor & entire staff at Rochester Providence clinic are very professional, kind & patient & I highly recommend them to others.

They were talking about screening for HPV and other tests and talking about what instruments they will be using for pap smear and all that stuff and that was really helpful. That is a good experience and there are no bad experiences for me.

Good for physical needs. Seems uneasy discussing mental health.

Appointment ended up being a follow-up from the ER visit day before( clinic recommended I go to ER day before). Good discussion for the follow up and provided all the necessary tests and referrals I need.

Staff is fantastic! From check in to the end of my appointment everyone was kind, knowledgeable and very personable. The clinic manager was evenn out and about smiling and chatting with her team. Provider is fantastic, compassionate and super smart.
