I have a great deal of trust with Marcella JD Staaben developed during our five-year provider-patient relationship. She is very responsive and knowledgeable. She has helped me solve certain issues that have ultimately improved my overall health.

Joy is a Wonderful provider I just wish she wasn't moving to the valley. I will miss her knowledge and care!!!

I have tried to refer her to my friends when they are not satisfied with their doctors but apparently she is not taking any new patients.

I love this office for our whole family care. We always feel welcomed and important. Joy has seen us through becoming new parents and the health issues our daughter had at the time. I have not received anything but good information and have always been comfortable in the waiting room as well as the exam room

Dr. Staaben is that kind of doctor that you want to have forever. She is kind, compassionate and listens to everting you have to say. She was able to diagnose my issue within a few minutes. I saw her after a failed urgent care visit and after my verbal explanation, the tests preformed at urgent care and a physical exam, Dr. Staaben had my diagnosis and how to treat it. She then offered to contact me the following week to see how I was doing and if I needed a referral, she would see to it. Monday morning, just past 7:00am she sent me a message asking how I was doing. I feel heard and understood when I visit Marcella Joy Staaben and could not see myself going to any other provider. I have neve been so supported and heard as I do in her office. She should be commended for being so professional and caring, regardless of what time of the day I see her. I am so very thankful that she is in Spokane and I have the honor of being one of her patients.

Joy Staaben is one of the best GPs I've ever had. That is saying a lot because I'm 69 years old!
