Due to an injury, I have recently had many contacts with Kadlec. Everyone has been patient, kind and competent. I would certainly recommend Kadlec to everyone I know.

As soon as I am informed my lab results are available through the portal, I check them myself ahead of time. Smita went over every aspect my labs covered. She is always very thorough.

This was the first appointment that I had with Smita, and I am very happy that I am getting to see her. The appointment was originally scheduled for some time in August, but she was able to see me almost 2 months early. She had requested copies of my medical records, but they hadn't arrived in time for my appointment. She provided excellent care, and listened to all of my concerns and took them seriously. And she requested the needed blood tests and X-rays. This is a whole level of care ABOVE what I am used to having with other doctors.

INITIAL VISIT- Took 3 mon to get an appt. Smita is very personable - made me feel comfortable. I appreciated that she reviewed my prior records from another clinic. Whereas, the prior NP did not. I will definitely refer her to others.

Other than the two-month lag between making an "emergency" appointment and attending the appointment, this particular appointment went better than a prior appointment. Conditions that needed immediate attention were addressed appropriately. I intentionally avoid the overuse of the medical field, so when I have a need, I appreciate the professional knowledge and skill.
