I have been receiving care from Dr. Nagappan for many years now and I've always found her to be an excellent physician. I would recommend her highly to anybody that I meet who needs a primary care physician within the Providence system.

She's attentive and concerned about all of my health diagnosis I've had to address over the 10+ years she's been my doctor.Specifically in 2024 I had 2 major issues diagnosed, (Cardiac problems and Cirrhosis of the liver), and she was on top of it! She deserves five gold stars and recognition for her commitment to her patients.

I just met Dr Nagappan for the first time via video visit. She seemed to not be in a hurry and went over my chart and addressed any concerns. My only concern and is not directed at Dr Nagappan, is the time it took to schedule an appointment. I recently switched providers from Legacy to Providence and did not have any issues scheduling appointment times previously. Now that we have established our relationship, we can make appointments online.

Years ago saved my life in stressing to me to get a PSA test. She always been consistent in her treatments throughout the years. Warm, caring, Great listener and knows her stuff. It seems she would make a Great Role model for other doctors.
