Always a good experience with this care provider

My visit with my care provider was positive. The care provider was attentive and all my questions were answered.

I can only say it was a good' experience.

Ms Maritress Zareno is very kind and patients, she listens and is very thorough.

NP Zareno took the time and actively listened to my health concerns and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. She was very kind and caring.

Thank you so much. She ordered stat xrays, mri and now a stat visit to an orthopedist! I so appreciate you listening to me and realizing there was probable damage to my knee!

The only problem was that that NP that I saw was not authorized to give me a cortisone shot for the pain in my shoulder, which Is the reason I scheduled the appointment. Did not use my regular Doctor because he was months out for a appointment. She was very helpful in finding me the fastest follow up solution for getting a shot and getting a referral for a specialist.

The nurse practitioner was attentive, professional, caring and thoughtful. She examined me and we discussed my symptoms. I thought she did an excellent job and I left feeling well taken care of. I would be happy to see her next time I need medical care.

Maritess was very knowledgeable and kind. Xrays done same day and response to xray results also fast. Referral prepared same day with easy info provided to make appointment with the specialist. My Chart wonderful to use!

I had to see a PA in order to get an appt for a lump on my breast as my Dr wasn't available until January. The PA was very professional & caring, & ordered additional tests for me to have taken the following week.

This provider (Maritess Montoya Zareno) been the only one who truly listened to my concern about my knee pain. No other provider took it serious enough. This provider actually send me for an MRI and provided a referral to see the Orthopedic Doctor the same day my MRI results came in. I am very thankful to finally get my knee issues addressed.
