Dr Charlene Lin is very personable.

Though this was not my regular doctor ,but I could not have asked for a better one ! However ,the receptionist/clerk could be much more polite !

Experience ok. New provider. New experience for me. May take time to feel comfortable with new md.

Dr. Lin was very sweet! She is knowledgeable and seems ready to help and get me the care I needed! I was very pleased with her! I am a new patient with her and I'm happy I chose her!

This Dr is new to me so I have only met her once. I did like her and will know more about the practice over time.

Dr. Lin was excellent! She "schooled" me and told me I had an allergy, and not an infection. She was stern, yet gentle.

IThis was my first. Visit. I had been a patient of Dr. Foley for years. I felt thta Dr. Lin and her staff gave me a very thorough exam.

the young girl working at the check in station at Imaging was very pleasant and the young lady that did my Mammogram was wonderful. She made me feel very comfortable and was very pleasant and I told her so. Was a nice experience today

I had an eye infection snd she was willing yo take care of it for me

She did not appear to be interested in my needs. She was very aloof and cold and not listening. She even told me I "wouldn't hurt her feelings if I wanted to find another provider" at the beginning of the appointment when I noticed she wasn't fully listening to me.

This new doctor took over for Dr Foley. I'm very disappointed with her. She is not caring and I definitely will not be returning.

I hadn't seen a doctor for a long time, but they were courteous and didn't make me uncomfortable. Everyone I interacted with was personable and friendly yet efficient. It was a great experience.

It was ok. Wish I had been given more info about A1C results and more info about medication.

I came in with bad congestion and cough. She ordered x-rays to make sure I didn't have pneumonia and to assess my lungs. The radiologist found I have bronchitis in the left upper chamber. The doctor prescribed antibiotics and cough suppressant. Within two days my symptoms were under control and felt 100% better. I'm glad I made the appointment.

This was my first visit with a new Dr. And she went above and beyond my expectations helping me and listening to all the things I needed. It was a great experience and I am glad I chose her as my new Dr.

I have been switched to Dr. Lin upon Dr. Foley leaving practice. Dr. Lin is no adequately trained to be my doctor. I know there is an adjustment, but she couldn't find my blood work results from last year and seemed unsure of everything. At my age I would prefer a more knowledgeable doctor.

Dr. Lin was very professional and addressed all my questions and prescribed the appropriate medications to help me.

Significant problem occurred with this interview. I was asking for medication to help with a Covid outbreak. She did provide a prescription, however I was a complete stranger to her and yet she attempted to try to remove one of my standard medications, without knowing me, or even asking why I was taking it. It seemed highly anapropriate when I was not her patient and she knew nothing about me other than my medical records.

It was my first visit with Dr. Lin. I found her knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and kind.

I felt really rushed with my appointment. Dr. Lin mentioned 2 times about her time. And I waited 25 minutes to see her. It was not a good appointment for me. It was to establish me as a patient, and I felt the appointment was being rushed not to mention her talking about the time more than once.

My experience with Dr. Ajit Is outstanding. Dr. Ajit Is the finest, most competent, caring and Intelligent physician to care for me. Dr. Ajit diagnosed a very serious and difficult tumor which Improved my life significantly. I am forever indebted to her. The treatment from Dr. Lin was excellent and she instantly diagnosed and completely cured my problem. I am extremely satisfied with Providence St. Jude Heritage Medical Group. All interaction with everyone employed at Providence was polite and helpful.The design of your location is outstanding. It is very comfortable and very pleasant. I am 81 and have been to many different hospitals either with my parents or for care of friends and other relatives. I believe Providence is the only one for me. My wife uses [ID]. That is a very beautiful place, but because of the consistent positive and helpful service I have with Providence I choose to continue with your Group. And Dr. Lin was very helpful as Dr. Ajit was booked that day and I could not wait.

Was not comfortable with Dr. Lin. She did not seem like she had any idea what was going on with my elbow. She tried to get me into a Orthopedic Doc for issue determination and the doc said they don't do that so she referred me to the St. Jude Emergency room. DIdn;t think she really did anything except move me down the road.

Dr Lin was helpful and thorough in reviewing blood test and ordering appropriate tests and reviewing them in a timely manner to address my medical concerns and conditions. She and her staff also provided great assistance and follow up with referrals as well as the use of the providence app to ensure it was working properly.

She was informative, attentive to my concerns, and I was relieved about my concerns. Thank you!

Since this visit was for an illness and not a scheduled follow up, I saw Dr. Linens it was my first time meeting her. She was attentive and professional.

Dr Lin was not nice or caring. More concerned about her license and protocols than in taking care of me. I had had a traumatic injury and fall and she didn't want to give me Norco for severe pain. If she had looked at my record she would have known that Norco was not a medication that I take. Instead she lectured me about Norco and thought I should only take Ibuprofen. I was discharged from the hospital and needed more for pain control. I will never see her again. She was not concerned about helping me.

Dr Batty was booked up. He recommended this. Dr for a pre opt Surgery on my Left. I was grateful to get in so quickly and she did a fine job. [Name(s)]
