Very competent practice

I saw Dr. Y because my usual PCP was not available. My hand had gone numb and I had to wait over a month to see my PCP. I still had to wait two weeks to see Dr. Y. An MRI has been ordered and (after a fight with insurance) I will still have to wait almost two months to get it. I am actively calling around to non-Providence facilities to see if anyone can do it faster. Dr. Y was kind-- he listened and explained as much as he could. I would have preferred to see my usual PCP but this was an OK replacement. I would see him again if PCP were not available. Still have no diagnosis or treatment plan for numbness in hand--almost 6 weeks out--none on horizon.

Meeting Dr Youker for the first time, I felt very comfortable and confident in his care.
