Ramtin Rahmani, MD

Ramtin Rahmani is a Resident Internal Medicine Provider at Providence Primary Care - Northeast Portland. Ramtin was born in Esfahan, Iran and grew up in the suburbs of Portland, Oregon before heading east for college and healthcare consulting. He realized that he missed the beauty of the Pacific Northwest where he returned to work in Radiation Oncology research and to attend medical school at OHSU. Outside of the hospital, Ramtin enjoys skiing, hiking, and camping, spending time with his family and friends and his middle-aged-but-rambunctious labradoodle, and his partner. He has a new-found interest in growing citrus and olive trees and hopes to be able to brine his own olives this year!

After his time at PPMC, Ramtin will continue his advanced training in Radiation Oncology at Oregon Health & Science University. His research interests include improving brachytherapy care for patients and GI cancer outcomes.
