I just would like to again say how wonderful Amy is.

She listened to me and understands me and my medical care needs.

Routine follow up on blood work and medication management - had an indepth discussion with the provider - she knew my history and had suggestions for med management. Really enjoyed her and her insight.

I have seen Amy Phillips on a number of occasions and always received exceptional care. She is the one available for appts that are needed soon like a week or less. I got lucky and got an appt by looking that am and there was one left. But I have gotten seen in a day or two in the past and that was sufficient. I decided to go ahead and check her schedule vs going to urgent care. This visit I had an infection in my left eyelid had been heat packing it at home for about 3 days with not enough improvement. Amy is very knowledgeable, attentive and caring. I can't say enough good things about her. She explained my condition very well and made a referral to my ophthalmologist which she told me to go to in 5 days if it was not significantly improved with the antibiotic drops she prescribed. She is confident and precise in her explanations. The group is very fortunate to have her.

This was only the second time that I was seen by this particular provider due to scheduling, and I was and am SO impressed with her efficiency and knowledge! She provided the most board and comprehensive service, inspired hope, and thought inside and outside the box for the best outcome for my needs.

This was an excellent visit. Amy was very thorough in going over my medications and answering any questions I had.She told me about the relationship of a low carbohydrate diet and my MS.In over 30 years of having MS I don't remember anyone explaining his to me before.

Providence medical center is by far above and beyond all my previous medical services experience elsewhere and I would never go see anyone else. As a matter of fact, I brought my mother over to Providence from the Everett clinic because the level of care is far superior and now I'm trying to get my aunt to move on over as well.

My visits to this hospital have always been impressive. Timely scheduling amazing staff and informative visits to all I was in for!!
