Some questions are difficult to answer because this was a first time appointment with a new doctor and not enough time has transpired to comment on some topics. Because of the doctor shortage, getting an appointment with any doctor for any reason has a long wait. My visit with Dr. H was a very positive experience and all the supportive staff made it pleasant.

Dr Heffernan and his staff were courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I was treated with respect.

This visit was an initial "new patient" meeting. As such, there were no major issues dealt with. Only a general discussion of my health and medications. I'll have a full physical next spring.

This was my first appt with Dr Heffernen. I am switching over from my PCP who is leaving the practice. Dr Heffernen didn't have my complete medical history or records because the office didn't get them yet. But he was very respectful and paid attention to whatever I said. He was very quick on the uptake and didn't need to spend too much time with the background info at this appt. He also ordered labs and bone density which I've never had. I have high confidence that he will be an excellent match for me. I've already recommended him to a friend of mine who is looking to switch her PCP.

Key here is that I AM A NEW PATIENT, so this was my first visit. I had to wait a long time (2 mos) for an appt, but I was very impressed by Dr. Hef and so glad he took me on! We waited over a year to get in as a new patient but are thrilled with the first visit! Dr. Hessermann was very attentive, especially given the extensive background and need in my mom's Healthcare! We left with a plan and feel very confident in her future healthcare management. We had her blood draw results within hours and a message from Dr. Hessermann as to what he was reco! Fantastic!!

It was my first visit, all the staff I saw were well above par and the first impression of the doctor I was highly impressed. He ordered a test my previous doctor in another state never did. He actually acted as if he wanted to be my doctor. I expected the visit to be less then 5 minutes and It was longer then expected. I actually saw his face and he asked questions that were not from a computer. He was very professional and walked me out. Most doctors are ok as the work for the paycheck. This doctor my first impression was he actually cared and wanted to help. If I got off topic he also got back on topic as sometimes my brain thinks faster then my talk as in he asks questions about the first concern before going to the next.
