A great team from the moment I walked through the reception door. I greeted and asked if I needed help. I waited 7 minutes before going back to the exam room. The MA was beneficial and asked good questions. The doctor was attentive and covered all the questions.

I really liked this care provider.

There was a Good Atmosphere from the time I entered the NPM door. Three people asked if I needed assistance. I waited a few minutes and was escorted back to the exam room. As I was advised on the telephone, I completed my evaluation in 10-15 minutes. I was impressed with the efficiency of all staff. I call it "SWEAT." Smile, welcome, show enthusiasm, ask, and say thank you to the client. Well done to everyone on your team.

My experience with most of the providers in the Kadlec system has been excellent overall. The most recent visit with Alexis left me with the feeling that I was seen by a thoroughly trained professional. She took time to explain the intricate details of my MRI in away that was easy to understand. I also left well informed of what my treatment options are available to me. Great job!

This provider honestly restored my hope in medical care. As a patient with chronic conditions, I see providers from various departments regularly and she is exceptional. I could write a novel here on what differentiates her from the average provider but will keep It simple..she is wonderful!

The reception staff were very good. The initial helper was very nice and asked several questions. Once the provider showed up she seemed very rushed and anxious to be moving on. She did ask questions and answered mine but everything felt very rushed. Very similar experience to when I had my last steroid injection earlier this year. If that same feeling of "hurry up" occurs this time I will put a stop on the process.
