She is a very good dr. Makes me feel like she is concerned about my health

Dr Bertschi is a more than qualified neurologist. She pays attention to the patient as much as possible but with screens, all providers get distracted by the computer. She is a good listener. She explains as much as is asked. I still don't have all the answers for my seizures and I know this happens in neurology, I am a PA. I believe the treatment plan for me at this time is logical. I am comfortable with her as my needed specialist at this time. And just a general comment for the whole Providence system, ALL your providers seem to feel rushed ALL the time. Give them more time for each patient, yes, less money but better patient satisfaction and less provider burn out.
