Friendly cheerful attentive staff. Easily understandable explanations of options from Doctor who encouraged questions, actual eye contact and no wait time!! All good.

I was impressed with the way in which provider, introduced herself, greeted me, explained what and why she was reading chart notes in computer, then pushed the screen a bit away from her an faced me for our conversation. She engaged with eye contact, asked relevant questions and summarized so I was clear she'd understood. I was pleased in all categories and grateful for her time.

The Eureka Orthopedic Surgeon's office is a very busy place and they do a stellar job at handling the volume of patients

My entire experience was good. The only slightly negative thing was the wait time. But when you are seeing a Dr that is thorough that sometime happens. I am very pleased with my experience.

Dr. Kilgore has built an excellent team to provide a seamless experience in his joint replacement practice. Communication with the patient, me, was paramount. From the time I entered the pre-op area in the morning til my release after recovery that afternoon I felt confident and secure because of how each segment of the team worked together to offer me the best opportunity for a successful hip replacement.I am impressed with the level of caring personal attention I received from preparation appointments to follow up physical therapist visit after surgery.

The wait time was long but the provider was thorough and gave me good attention and information. The care provider and staff were all pleasant.

Provider was professional, kind and quite specific about possible treatments, outcomes and recovery needs of each, all I needed to make truly informed decisions.

Dr. Kilgore is best drt. He has performed ALL of my surgeries.

I was lucky that they had a cancellation that day so I could get in quickly.

I saw Kilgore a few times but I've seeing Dr. Lance. I told Dr. Lance that I might need a hip, my neighbor told me about the symptoms I'm going thru. I was told that Dr. Kilgore was to give me an x-ray on a blood cot in my right leg but he only wanted my right knee x-rayed and they did! I'm still taking my blood thinners to erase this blood cot and now I still want a second opinion of this blood cot but in the Emergency room they said I didn't have it and Dr. Lance the same but a second opinion is what I want! I love the doctors work, I'm grateful!

X-rays were taken of my hip last fall (11/2024). They should be in my chart. I would like to know what was viewed then - and determine if the problem identified by Dr K was in the X-rays from earlier.

I injured my knee in November, 2024 and was referred to Dr Kilgore for orthopedic follow up. I could not get an appointment with Dr. Kilgore until June of 2025. Over 6 months is a long time to wait when one is in pain. Dr. Kilgore was helpful and informative.

All l have t say is good. They take care of my health problems and quick,no complaints.

I just wish the doctor would have wanted to see the extent of my symptoms by ordering an MRI and wanting to help ease some of my pain until I see other doctors for different symptoms

Regarding the time of x-ray done, three were done on my left knee just before the appointment with the doctor. The appointment visit went well with doctor.

Unpersonable..did not even introduce himself....we had to ask who he was...he said my bones had healed and his operation was a success...he had the exray copy and he did give it to me when I asked for it...but I've been told by others that this is the way this profession.is..not interested in ANYTHING else ....i traveled over a hundred miles over CROOKED roads...car sick all the way there after taking pills as well as patches and the doc. Didn't even as how I was.... I feel I could have had the exrays here in Brookings with just a phone consulation if they had any consideration for an old lady in her [Date of Birth] .....coming all that distance....

Dr. Kilgore saw me within one day of me contacting his office for my knee pain. His office staff already knew I was coming. The x-ray was done shortly after my arrival. His staff was very professional and cordial. He was very informative. His advice turned out to be spot on.

Good advice on my injury

I arrived early for my appointment and was seen by my doctor very soon thereafter. I discussed my post-surgery healing progress with my doctor and he was attentive to any concerns I had. All of the staff that I interacted with were friendly and respectful.

Dr. Kilgore saw me on an as needed basis one day after I requested consultation. He is an amazing physician. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anybody who needs any orthopedic care.

I had a outstanding experience, all my questions were answered.

I needed information on the cause of my long lasting Intense pain and knee swelling, and was hoping for some sort of pain relief. Instead, I was given a 3 month follow up appointment. I've since Requested a consult out of the county. Dr. Kilgore was polite and sympathetic and told me he saw no problem with the device he implanted 10 or so years ago.

I had to wait over 30 minutes to be brought to a exam room. Once in the exam room I waited 40 minutes until the Dr came in . After all my wasted time they scheduled an X-ray in 8 to 10 weeks. All my records were there the Dr admitted my previous X-rays were too old but wouldn't X-ray that day or give me a knee shot. Seems they are going to stretch it out for months.

The success of the surgery my expectations

Although my initial consult with Dr. Kilgore took months due to shortage of orthopedic surgeons in our area, the scheduling of my surgery time was outstanding. I am very happy and satisfied with the care from Dr. Kilgore and his surgical team.

Everything was fine, but he was only with me for a few minutes. Gave me good news that I didn't need surgery.
