Dr. Porter explained my procedure very well and took the time to go in depth about what had happened and why. He went out of his way to make me feel better when I started to feel nauseous after my bandage was removed. I appreciate how much he went through the after procedure recovery process for my knee. He spent a lot of time with my family and me to make sure that all our questions were answered and I was well prepared to go home which I really appreciated so much!

I only seen this provider one time during my first post op visit, he was very detailed in his explanation of what all was done to me during surgery using pictures on laptop and a plastic model of the components that make up a rotator cuff, asking me several times if I had any questions. Overall my experience was good, I have no complaints.
