I was having a terrible week dealing with chronic lower back, right hip pain and pain in my calves. Valerie listened thoroughly to my concerns and prescribed an injection that had me feeling 90% better by the NEXT DAY! I am so grateful for the relief from this chronic pain. Thank you!

She was vague, wishy-washy. My wife emailed her repeatedly and didn't received a response. To one of my wife's emails ValerieHad someone else respond.

My visits were considerate and efficient.

Pain was from 2 in the morning to 9 at night. I havd to wait 6 weeks for the initial visit. Vallerie helped me understand option to treating my pain. She agreed to let me try Journauvx. I haven't received insurance approval yet. We asked about taking NAIDS, she assured my daughter and me that while taking them might cause kidney damage, the choice to use it now at [Date of Birth] years old was a good option. Later that day I took ibuprofen and had a pain free rest of the day and night.That is the case 3 days later. I have signed for Norco and will ask if and when thei buprofen doesn't work. I am pleased even though I had to wait for the appointment.

Valerie has always tried to be as helpful as possible.!

Valerie Hillis is a GREAT health care provider! She listens intently to my concerns and understands the nature of pain management and how difficult life can be for a person with multiple debilitating illnesses can be.Valerie does her best to adjust the medication to allow me to live an almost "normal" life. While I understand that I will never be pain free with chronic autoimmune and degenerative illnesses, Valerie helps me to be able to look forward to waking up each day and not dread the intense pain that was keeping me from daily activities of life, as I was before. Providence St. Jude (and this world) needs more people like Valerie!

Valerie Hillis has usually been my followup visit provider in Dr. Zepeda's office. She always has full knowledge of the procedure performed by Dr. Zepeda. She is quite good at answering all of my questions and summarizing my concerns, if any, so that Dr. Zepeda has the information he needs for his pain management procedures.

First of all this survey needs to be more specific The provider is with a specialized medical group I would on only see her for the problem they Specialize in which is pain management I went through a procedure and I was there for a follow up appointment.
