About James V. Phan
Dr. James Phan is a pediatrician with St. Jude Heritage Medical Group practicing in Yorba Linda, CA. He finds that the most compelling part of pediatrics is preventative medicine: providing “a total package of care” to improve the quality of life. He believes in providing a broad range of care, such as the importance of immunizations, nutrition, exercise, sports, safety, and achieving developmental milestones. He also enjoy cooking and learning about nutrition. Most importantly, he makes time for his family and friends.

Pediatricians in this practice are mostly really good. But what was memorable about Dr. Phan was that he was very good with my child, was patient, and most striking for me was when I sent a message after our visit for a follow-up question, he called and immediately responded where most times it would be the nurse who responds.
