Alyson K. Blum, PharmD

Alyson Blum, PharmD is a specialist in diabetes management during pregnancy at the High Risk Pregnancy Clinic in Spokane, WA. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Washington and her Doctorate in Pharmacy from Washington State University College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. She is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES). She manages the Sweet Success Program, seeing patients with type 1 and type 2 diabetes for pre-conception management. During pregnancy, she manages gestational, type 1 and type 2 diabetes. She offers Dexcom Professional Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM). Alyson also started the Women and Infant Substance Help (WISH) Program; providing medication assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use during pregnancy. She is the Medical Director for Camp STIX Diabetes Programs, a local camp for children with type 1 diabetes.
