Kelley Van Hook, PT, DPT

Kelley earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise science at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. She holds a doctorate in physical therapy from The College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, Minnesota. During her time as a student, she worked in the gait analysis lab and as an anatomy/neuroscience teaching assistant. She has previous clinical experience treating patients with concussions, vestibular disorders, and other neurological conditions. Kelley enjoys working with neurological and orthopedic patients. She has a special interest in chronic pain education and neurological disorders. In her free time, she likes to hike, play with her dog, read, and cook for her family.
