Dr. Ji spent plenty of time with me and she was trying to figure out my condition. She is very sincere.

Dr. Ji is very respectful and cares about my health. [...]

I met Dr. Ji for the first time at that visit (my previous PCP will be joining [...]). I found her intelligent, responsive, and warm.

I have seen Dr. Ji several times over the past 3 years. I am currently looking for a new primary because she NEVER listens to me. She orders lots of tests and doesn't follow up on how to help. All my tests are always normal and then I don't hear back from her. She doesn't listen in the exam room and almost looks like she is looking at the clock.

Dr. Ji explains everything in a concise manner and really listens to my concerns. She is a fantastic doctor.

Dr. Ji is nice, but not very warm. I'd go to someone else if they were closer. I've been thinking about changing for awhile.

Love Dr Ji & entire support staff. Best physician I've ever had (67 y.o.)

Dr. Ji is always excellent! She is very knowledgeable, empathetic, and comfortable for me to talk to.

Dr. Ji is a wonderful doctor and her medical assistant [...] is the best

I was able to see her without waiting too long. She listen and explain

[...] this is the first time I've seen Dr Ji. I just found her a bit rushed and her bedside manner just very "check this off the list" kind of approach. I got what I needed, but I probably won't see her again unless I am in a great need to.

I felt like Dr. Ji listened very carefully to my concerns, etc. at my last appt. & that she had very thoughtful considerations.

Dr J is a excellent provider

I use the MyChart App and am very impressed with the features, including making appointments, lists of medications, refill of medications and the ability to send a question to my Doctor.

my care provider is excellent, the problem was the urgent care I visited at Happy Valley where I was given a wrong diagnosis.

My visits with Dr. Ji were fine but I have been very dissapointed with the efficiency and affectivness that the office is run. I have often struggled with poor communication with the staff. I am often calling to remind them of things which should not be my responisbilty. Such as things that my doctor whishes to communicate with me.

I am struggling with diabetes control and seem to avoid the doctor due to feeling like a failure despite following med routines, etc. Medical care today seems formulaic and controlled to strict guidelines and doesn't include connecting or engaging with care providers. [...]

I didn't receive any call to follow up on my x-rays results. I mention it on my visit to please call me for my x-rays result.

Dr. Ji always impresses me with remembering me, even when I haven't been in, in a long time.

Dr Ji is wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable and has a wonderful sense of humour and real concern go my well being.

I am a new patient and have only been to see this doctor one time. The staff, nurse and doctor were very knowledgeable, professional and kind.

Speaks way too quietly, hard to understand.

very good

I will never go back to Dr. Jii again after her being my PCP of record for a while. I haven't seen her in a few years as I recently just moved back to Portland. I came to her to talk about a specific topic, and she was my first point of contact for this topic - which I believe is completely the right first step as she is a PCP!! She LAUGHED at me and then had the audacity to accuse me of only coming her to save myself from paying money for something, even though I gave NO impression of that and was simply talking about an area of care I wanted to talk about. I started crying because she was literally laughing at me and my concern, then accused me of trying to get out of paying fines and that's my reason for being there, with zero respect for me and why I was there. it was incredibly rude and unprofessional as a health care provider. [...] whatever happened to the oath: do no harm?I even went back to her when I found out a prescription she gave me years ago is actusllly harmful when used on the eye area, the exact area where I had an issue... and can cause glaucoma. like seriously? but I gave her another chance. not anymore. I will not be returning.

This was my first visit with Dr. Ji and it was my annual wellness visit. Being that it was my first visit, and the fact that my medical history had not yet been transferred from my previous physician, I began to inform her of a few health concerns I have dealt with over the years and she was not at all interested because as she stated "This is a wellness visit and if you have other issues we will discuss them during another visit." My response to her was as this was my first visit with her, I thought it important to discuss these issues since they do affect my overall health. Needless to say, I was not pleased with her response.

I am confident that Dr. Ji puts 110% effort in my health care. I trust my life to Dr. Ji.

felt like my desire to discuss any prescriptions or the use of such methods was not hardly addressed. I was instead given a referral to a mental health professional. I am not sure as to the reason why this happened as this was my first visit to this office as a new patient. [...]

No bad experiences.

Provider looks uncomfortable during the visit, always trying to get out of the exam room. Never asks if I have any other questions like she is afraid I will ask something.

Dr. Ji has ALWAYS been exceptional - ALWAYS. This most recent visit was no different. I'm very fortunate to have her as my primary physician.

I leave the office discouraged. I'm not motivated by guilt. I don't seem to do anything right. When something is good it's never noticed or encouraged only what needs work on is talked about. Hard to be motivated when you feel like you are never doing anything right. I leave never wanting to come back but I have to.

she was incredibly rude, accused me of abusing my prescription medicine and told me that she could get all of my prescriptions taken away from me. Extremely rude, cold, unhappy and not friendly. I'd seen her a few times before this last appointment where she had me legitimately in tears, and she was rude before the accusations. I will be switching immediately and changing my health care provider, as well as telling everyone not to use this office.

She took time to listen to my concerns & recommended tests that she thinks I need to have done.

I felt awkward getting a breast exam with my husband in the room. He didn't know yet that I had a lump.

the office staff name [...] went above and beyond after our telephone conversation ended, I really appreciate the fact that she even called me back to try and help further with the problem, excellent customer service she provided and that reassured me why I stay with this provider and clinic.
