This appointment gave me the opportunity to address some concerns I have been having and Dr Ji was very responsive, helpful and supportive.

Dr. Ji and her team are amazing! I feel so lucky to have her as my PCP.

Dr. Ji does not create an environment where I can speak freely about my concerns. She rarely asks about my symptoms, and she does not seem familiar with my medical history. During visits, she often references outdated blood work, and I've had to correct her. Conversations feel closed off; she does not allow for open discussion or collaborative problem-solving.When I was experiencing anxiety and depression, she told me I would need a separate appointment to talk about it during a wellness visit. I had to push in order for her to even address it. It feels like there is a strict box you must fit into, otherwise she will not engage. I do not feel she takes time to discuss concerns in detail, and overall, I do not feel supported or heard by this provider.

The provider does not show any trust, and exhibits little interest in getting proper resolution for patient sometimes. When technical questions are asked, the provider dodges them at times. Not great interaction experience overall.

Dr Ji and team made arrangements on the spot for a CT scan. All the way from insurance approval to scheduling. Excellent work. Great team.
