About Toni Boguslawski
Toni was born and raised in Green Bay, WI. She received her BA in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Athletic Training in 2002 from Lakeland College in Sheboygan, WI. She completed her Athletic Training Certification in 2002 as well. In 2004, Toni graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy Degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. She has been in the Rogue Valley working in the outpatient orthopedic setting since that time and now considers Southern Oregon to be home. She enjoys spending time with her family particularly watching her children at their sporting events.
