Dane Shoemaker is an exceptional care provider. I was very impressed with him. He is professional, extremely competent, kind and caring. He listens carefully and he communicates very well. He was very thorough In his recommendations for the next steps to address the specifics of my condition and this has given me great confidence.

This office is excellent, I'm so glad I was recommended to them. They listen and take care of all your needs. Highly would recommend them.

I had no bad experience with the provider or those at the desk themselves. I checked-in for my appointment early but still had to wait about 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be brought back into a room and then at least another 10 minutes before I actually saw the provider. Once I was able to see the care provider, everything went smoothly and I had all my questions answered and all my concerns were addressed.

Dane is an exceptional provider: professional, personal, caring.

Provider offered more insight into my ailments, alerts me about a new device to check on my condition to find out more on its progress of healing.

Called in July for an appointment about esophageal pain; appointment was scheduled for November [Date] Provider was beyond excellent at working with my very anxious and autistic son. He was calm, patient, and explained things in a non threatening manner. My son was so relieved to have a doctor who understood his communication needs.

The Doctor and team were kind ,informative and professional. I felt I was in the best of care.

My first experience was very positive and knew what the next step would be. My first procedure was postponed after being admitted and had to come back the next day. After the procedures, nothing has changed except pain has increased. I was given a prescription for an acid blocker with no change. Managing my pain seems to be on me to figure out. Good doctors, hard to make appointments

The only problem with scheduling an appointment was that I had to wait six months.Dr. Shoemaker was very professional and very helpful. He made me feel at ease, and very comfortable.

My provider DS sat down eye to eye with me. Came in conversant with my history and the reason for my visit. I never felt rushed, I felt fully engaged in the visit. He was exceedingly knowledgeable and I felt confident In the proposed plan going forward. The The wait time for a consult was a) I needed time to heal for a hospitalization and b) appointments with specialists are booked out months in advance. You need more and/or improved access to OR's/Procedure Rooms etc

Dane was VERY thorough and I was surprised that he had read my records BEFORE the appointment. Doctors usually read the records during the visit with you in the room which does not elicit much confidence that they actually know to whom they speak. I feel I am in very competent hands with Dane .
