The questions about phone calls, you might add something like "including My Chart". I use it alot and send Dr. Cruz and staff, questions that way instead of calls. Dr. Cruz is a great DR. And I'm fortunate to have him as my Pulmonary Specialist.

Very good experience with this office

First time seeing Dr Cruz. He was plesant and listened to my questions and concerns. He was not able to perform the biopsy but witin days I was scheduled with another Dr to have the biopsy done. Very happy with the response time

Dr. Cruz is very personable and willing to answer questions. Unfortunately, I was only able to see him for a few minutes following testing that had serious implications. He did respond to my concerns by email, however. I think he is overall a very good provider but his office is too busy.
