Covenant Health participates in most insurance plans, as well as Medicaid and Medicare programs.

We will be happy to help you preauthorize any care you will receive in advance of treatment. Whenever possible, you should also check with your insurance provider ahead of time to determine your level of coverage and be aware of any deductible amount you may be asked to pay.

**Please be advised that we do not accept Healthcare Sharing Ministry Plans, Physician/Practitioner Only products, Physician and Ancillary Only products or Cost Plus/Reference based pricing plans or discount insurance ID cards regardless of Plan name or logo. All these plan types are considered as self-pay.
