Texas & New Mexico

Health care is changing at a rapid pace and Covenant Health, a member of the Providence family, is working every day to continue serving our community in the ways the Sisters asked of us over 100 years ago. In this new age of health care, we are focused on access to care, affordability, and digital engagement. Together, we will work on changing health care delivery as we know it and continue to strive for improved wellness in our communities through focused outreach to the most vulnerable populations.

We will continue to be a voice for those who need us most by pushing for change in health care for the betterment of our community, as we shift more into population health and work to drive down costs for everyone, while improving quality of care to keep people healthy.

While health care is changing, the core of what we do will stay the same– caring for our patients will remain a top priority. We will continue to focus on people and quality of care for the patients we serve. We will work to improve the ease of navigating health care and the Covenant network for our patients.

The construction of the new Hope Tower at Covenant Medical Center and the new hospital in Hobbs, New Mexico, will serve as cornerstones for health in our region, adding to our comprehensive and exceptional health care in West Texas and eastern New Mexico. These new additions will allow us to provide our patients with better access to care using more innovative technology and procedures, while focusing on new age approaches to health care like education and preventative medicine.

Together, this is our path forward – working to make health and wellness a priority for all communities touched by our ministries.
