Woodland Care is an independently owned and operated skilled nursing facility that has served the skilled nursing and rehabilitative needs of our community since 1959. Facey Medical Group has a contract with Woodland Care to provide recovery services to our patients when the need arises.

The center features a dedicated state-of-the-art, 62-bed Express Recovery Unit for patients needing short-term medical and or rehabilitative care. Rooms are equipped with flat screen TVs, Hill Rom electric beds, bed-side phones, and access to the Express Lounge with a computer to access the internet or wireless access for those with their own laptops and mobile devices. Woodland participates in both the Medicare and Medi-Cal programs and is preferred provider for most managed care plans. Woodland also offers complimentary valet parking.
