Do you have insurance?

The fee is the cost of your copay or coinsurance for an office visit. Sports physicals, lab tests, vaccines, and additional procedures are priced separately. Use our cost calculator to estimate your cost.

Providence Express Care accepts a variety of insurance plans including, but not limited to, Providence Health Plans, Aetna, Cigna, Moda, Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, CareOregon, Medicare and most Medicare Advantage Plans.

Payment is due at the time of your visit. Please note that you are responsible for any outstanding amount not covered by your plan. If you have questions call 888-227-3312.

Full payment is due at time of service if we are not billing your insurance.
* For clinics located in a Walgreens, immunizations will be provided by a Walgreen’s Pharmacist. Separate charges will apply.
‡ Procedures include ear wax removal, skin tag removal, etc.
** You may receive an additional charge if tests need to be sent to a lab.

We treat common conditions and offer convenient exams and lab tests.* All exams are conducted in private rooms. If it turns out you need more than what we can offer, we've got a network of providers, clinics and hospitals to help you feel better.

*Providence Express Care accepts patients 18 months of age and older.
