My appt was for an injection in my knee. I was prepped well and experienced no pain during the procedure or after. I had no bleeding from the injection site, I stopped my blood thinner medication as instructed. Dr Zepeda is excellent in his skill!

I was only able to get in as soon as I did because of a cancellationI was in terrible pain and the next appointment was at the end of Novemberso I was very very lucky.he was a good doctor

There was a complication following my procedure, and Dr. Zepeda and his staff were so wonderful and caring and called 911 to get me across the street to the ER.My daughters were with me and commented about how amazing and calm they were, and how they explained what was going on, and what to expect next kept them calm.I ended up having to stay overnight at the hospital due to AFib and high heart rate, which they were able to get under control by yesterday early afternoon. Today the neck pain is gone, and other than still being tired, I feel much better. Only issue being getting a follow up appointment with in 2 weeks.

Dr Valerie Ann Hillis and Dr Zepeda have always been very understanding of my chronic pain due to all my back surgeries. All the medical professionals in their office are very kind and always exceed my expectations.

To anyone or all concerned ;Dr Arthur Zepeda is an excellent physician and pain management specialist. Since being under his care and his team members I have received excellent care, and have had surgical procedures (injections by fluoroscopy and RFA have changed my life with the pain I have on a 24-7 basis. Dr Zepeda makes sure that his staff refill medication as needed and making appointments also for procedures. The procedure I had on [Date] 2025 with Dr Zepeda has been just shy of a miracle. The RFA he performed on my R shoulder for excruciating pain from a massive tear to my rotator cuff. I have been on either an ice pack or heating pad for over a year to try and help with the pain along with medication every8 hours. Since the procedure I have had at least 50/65% decrease in pain. And have not used the heating or ice packs or pad for 5 days. I know that this is not a cure for this condition but it has helped greatly with my pain management. I owe this all to the excellent care I receive from Dr Arthur Zepeda. I highly recommend him as my physician and the pain management to anyone that is suffering with chronic pain. I also am under Dr Zepeda's care for my knees R&L for pain management and Surgical procedures of RFA to both of my knees. He has changed my life by controlling my pain by medication and procedures one day at a time . And that I am truly grateful.

I don't feel my concerns heard. The doctor's office said they don't have any control over the lack of response from the representative from Medtronic's. I don't understand why they couldn't help me with that. I wasn't happy with their response.

I have severe spinal stenosis and Dr. Zepeda is, hands down, the best pain management physician that I've seen. He's extremely knowledgeable and his epidurals have greatly minimized my pain. He's like a miracle worker. Without his care, I would need major surgery.
