Dr Ko is an outstanding physician. He is a pain specialist, and is very cognizant of the problems in my back. I receive injections in two different parts of my back spaced 3 months apart that allow me to maintain my mobility. Dr Ko explains things thoroughly and carefully analyzes any new changes. With his care I have a much more normal life.

He did such a good job there was no pain at all happy happy.

Every thing about Dr. Ko and his people are amazing and kind but the only thing was I had to wait 5 months to get my injections for my bursas so for 5 months I had extremely agonizing pain which effected my ability to drive and walk and do any kind of stairbut over all there the best.

Doctor KO, was excellent, unexplained the procedure as he was doing it. For example, a numbing the area near the sacrum where he was putting the shots in. He would always let me know that at this time he was numbing it and then he was placing the medicine in he did this on both the right and left sides.He explained everything as he Was performing the procedure. He told me what my limitations were on that day and future days.I was very impressed with the staff as they called me the next day to see how I was doing. Also to let me know that the shots that he put in might take a couple weeks to take effect and to just not overdo it.The staff was very attentive from the moment I checked in verified. I had a driver and took me immediately and took my blood pressure and vitals prior to the procedure and got me in the gown and everything ready to do the procedure.I have had this done before in February 2025. And this time did not disappoint. They were so professional, and Dr. Cole explained everything like I said above as he was injecting my back as far as putting in the numbing process and then the medicine going inI would definitely recommend this doctor and this group at Val Mesa. Also, they called to verify my follow up appointment with Dr. KO'sPA Dr. Estrada.Thank you for making this procedure as easy as possible.

Dr Ko is excellent and caring but having to wait 3-4 months for an epidural when in extreme pain with compressed vertebra and spinal fractures is too long. He is booked out 3 and 4 months ahead. He is excellent when you get in to see him.

I have very good experience each time I go into the office to see the doctor or any other doctor in the system that I've been seeing they all done. Excellent work I've seen 45 different doctors and they're all good.

His staff takes care with trying to help me if I have a problem and I appreciate the prescription refill line for always trying to get my refill request to Dr Ko and then to my pharmacy in a timely manner. It makes It really easy to check In and send messages to Dr Ko and to my other doctors at Providence St Jude. I've also found It really easy to go to St Mary's facilities near my home for X-rays, Imaging, Urgent care, etc. You make It so easy and I love that they have access to my records
