Specifically with this Doctor, there is a lack of more commitment to her patient such as having and knowing about my medical file. For example, she showed no interest in seeing and ordering my images (mammogram and breast ultrasound)

Kris Ton followed what I shared and suggested several thins to do to be more comfortable; she also encouraged me to call back if anything changes and I feel I need to speak with her.

I really appreciated the amount of time Kris spent reviewing my mammogram and ultrasound and discussing what was going on. She was very thorough.

I felt fat-shamed by Ms. Ton. As a 70 year old, it is very difficult to lose weight. I have been walking 5-8 miles a day since the end of April & changed my diet to a high protein low fat model. She told me I was doing something wrong to be overweight, without consideration for my age & activity level. I didn't appreciate her comments or lack of understanding.

Excellent medical care and medical team for Kris Ton, PA. The new location of this office is much busier and longer, with a larger number of patient check-ins. If possible, suggest utilizing a check-in direction for patients and the care team for all medical needs. I was put at ease with my medical team and found it hard to write a suggestion or assistance recommendation.

She was efficient and compassionate.

Kris Ton always takes the time to talk to me as a person, provide me with all the information and include me in making an informed, collaborative decision in my plan of care. St Jude Breast center is one of the best! They treated 2 forms of Cancers since 2020 and have provided post care treatment that is needed still 4 years later
