Kind of got cut off by the alarm at the end of my appointment indicating "time is up". Other than this, my visit and provider was very good.

Dr. Moreno and her staff are the best. They are very caring and compassionate and have a deep commitment to medicine and their patience.

Dr. Moreno was very patient with my dad and explained his options very clearly. She gave us several options and discussed the pros and cons of each.

I really appreciate the time and care Dr Moreno has given me throughout the recent hernia repair surgery.

She explained things very well so I couldunderstand and make my choice. She expressed no pressure on my decision which helped to somewhat calm my brain about my cancer. I like that I get a teams opinion. Any advice about future treatment with understanding, compassion is important to me. I have trouble with anyone making me feel pressured to do what they feel is best. You feel your life is in their hands and it makes us as patience's feel helpless. Not sure how to say this. I've seen so many doctors it boggles my brain. I was told at first I had a small medium growing tumor then told by someone else I have a large fast growing tumor. This is a confusing time for me. I put my life in my teams hands but sometimes our choices are from life experiences we've seen. All I can do is pray and than that we have good doctors that saving lives is their passion as mine is painting.

I felt comfortable talking to Dr. Moreno and was confident she was concerned about my opinion on whether to proceed with the operation we had discussed. She strikes me as extremely competent and transparent. She explained the procedure to me in layperson terms without condescension and prepared me as best she could, I imagine, for the not too incredibly pleasant recovery.

I understand that there is a shortage of doctors especially GP. Considering such, the time from referral to initial visit wasn't unreasonable. I also "lucked out" for surgery on a cancellation, and had the procedure done two days after my Initial visit, so definitely no complaints there.

Dr Moreno does a great job explaining and answering questions. I have been really happy with my experience with her. It did take much longer to schedule my therapy than I hoped. It became a little chaotic when I was told my surgery date would be delayed 2 months, but Dr Moreno rescheduled it so that I received the surgery before it was originally scheduled. I really appreciated her effort to get me in sooner.

Dr. Moreno is the best, she was the first doctor I saw after being diagnosed with cancer. I was overwhelmed and terrified, yet she took the time to explain everything and calm a lot of my anxiety. I love her dearly and will be forever thankful for her and all she's done for me.

Dr Moreno was 1) extremely well prepared and had clearly studied my medical history before I arrived; and 2 ) spent all the time necessary to discuss several medical issues with me. One of my best medical experiences.

This was the best experience I have had with a medical provider in the last few years. In general my experience with Providence has deteriorated drastically over the last couple of years but Dr Moreno is by far the best.
