Providence Patient
Dr.Stuart Long lll was amazing during my visit. He explained everything thoroughly and professional. He explained about my surgery and what he would be doing and also what to expect. After talking to him I had all the confidence in the world about my surgery and the outcome and everything will be ok.
Providence Patient
I felt comfortable talking to him and he answered questions I had. He was direct and didn't sugar coat anything. He discussed options and helped me decide on what would be best for me. I felt relaxed, as relaxed as I could be, in the surgery and recovery. He walked with me to the scheduling office and got the surgery scheduled. He set up a heart cath that needs to be done prior to surgery. I felt like I mattered to everyone.
Providence Patient
All went really well-first time visit-Dr Long took the time to explain all possibilities to me.
Providence Patient
My provider was quite late for my appointment because he was with another patient. I was kept apprised of his circumstance and he came to my appointment as soon as reasonably possible given that he was caring for someone that needed more immediate attention.
