The care I receive from this provider and staff is the standard I use to evaluate other doctors and their offices. The doctor makes certain that I understand his diagnosis and recommendations. He also takes the time to listen to my questions and concerns. His staff makes sure that any comments or questions I convey to them are promptly passed on to the doctor, and they usually get back to me with his response the same day.

Dr Kita's always very attentive and shows genuine interest and patience for the patients questions and concerns. He takes as much time as needed with his patients to go over test results and treatment options.

Appt was easily and quickly available. Office returned my call same day. Provider was available within minutes of my arrival. Dr Kita was very good at explaining diagnoses, options, medication, and a care plan. All staff and the doctor were kind and courteous.

Everything was done electronically or in person and went smoothly and efficiently.

The wait between check in and actual doctor appt was a tad long, but I survived.

He showed genuine concern, coupled with his extensive knowledge and gave me the respect as the patient to make the decision on how to improve my health. He was absolutely exceptional. This is where patient care and concern count and the doctor genuinely showed it.
