I don't think that the provider listen to what I had to say, and had already drawn a conclusion about what would need to be done

The provider was cold and did not explain why all the tests and reasoning behind it and also the diet .

Dr. Duke was excellent and has very good bedside manner

The provider lacked warmth,' a good connection, what used to be called a bedside manner.' However, her competence and knowledge were likely very good to excellent, which is a more important factor. In addition, she did not discuss lifestyle factors, such as exercise, which I thought were important in cardiac health. What I'm trying to say In general is that she didn't come across as approachable.
