Dr. Anderson was very generous with his time and attention. He was patient and listened closely and spent time answering questions and providing information. He was responsive to my concerns. The actual medical issue was very straightforward and some Doctors would have done only the minimum of explaining the Dx and describing treatment options in a very short period of time. He took more time than that which contributed to a very positive experience. Providence is fortunate to have Dr. Anderson.

Dr Anderson is great. Excellent advice on my overall health which we discussed candidly. Much appreciated that he listened and appreciated my conflicting other health conditions and concerns. The current Rx is working great.

After a considerable wait in the exam room, Dr. Anderson made only broad generalizations about my recent pulmonary and cardiology tests. When asked for detail, he had to look at the records, as if he had either not read them beforehand or only did so cursorily. When combined with his casuals manner and dress, I did not feel confident I had received the thorough cardiac evaluation I expected.

I was very pleased and grateful that I was able to be seen in such a timely manner.

I take the wait time for the doctor to be a function of scheduling and care issues beyond his control. Not a problem!

I am a Latina patient, they treated me very especially and with a translator. They called me to inform me that I had an appointment with the doctor, I don't know, if they gave it to me because of the emergency care I had at the Santa Rosa hospital a few months ago, because I never requested it.

This was my first time appointment with Dr. Anderson who my primary doctor referred me to.

I was hoping he would explain reason for arrhythmia, what could be causing them?felt like if I did not ask, he would not come forth with data." Give me a profile of overall heart condition" appointment was pushed back twice.Would have thought he would have been more comprehensive and detailed.Very lite in detail.Getting info was like pulling teeth.

Dr. Anderson and his staff were exceptionally attentive to my needs. As this was my first visit, he acted quickly to my needs for future treatment. And we made some vital decisions that will be necessary in my immediate future.I'm extremely pleased with his care, and the staff's attention to detail. Very much good care from the provider treated I with respect listen also to my son any questions my son had the provider listed my son go's with I to appointments because I get confused on what the provider talks about medication! My son takes it all in and keeps I up on medication and what there for he understands

The Dr was very nice but he didnt seem to know why I was there. It was just an annual visit. He came in and asked me "What can I do for you today?"

Dr. Anderson was able to follow up on a prescription written by a provider who is no longer available for me to see.

My UCSF Cancer Doctors and my SUPER Providence SR Primary Care Doctor anticipate me having a couple of General Anesthetic procedures in the months between anticipated cancer treatments, but both thought prudent for me to have Cardiology tests and clearance beforehand. I was able to be seen promptly by cardio Dr. Anderson, who arranged for quick scheduling of tests to permit proceeding within window time window for planned procedures. I've had excellent care, follow up appointments too! Dr Anderson was able to hear my concerns about getting hip survey and is my heart strong enough to proceed with that.

He is a cardiologist and has NEVER listened to my heart, has not seemed concerned about my incidents of law BP although my prescribed meds are for BzP, has not seemed even a little interested in my health experiences.

He didn't read my chart, and asked why I was there and what I needed. I felt like he had no idea why I was there and was not helpful.

Dr. Anderson didn't have any of my records. He was supposed to follow up with me after referring me to a specialist, but didn't He simply told me he had nothing for me and I should only see him if something new came up with my heart. No more follow ups. I felt disrespected and devalued.

I'm glad you're asking. I just thought it was the nicest office as far as how polite all the receptionist were and the nurses and then the doctor was so polite. Everyone was so nice and it was really nice to be an office that you felt good leaving.

Getting a first appointment with a cardiologist was way more complicated than it needed to be considering it was a follow-up to an ER visit. While my primary care doc was fantastic and the staff that tries to get new patients a first cardiology appointment did good jobs, one brief cardiology visit and I'm left with lots of questions and apparently now easy way to get answers.
