My meeting with Dr Anderson was very brief. He mentioned my Calcium test score from several years ago and said that it didn't seem to be affecting my blood flow, so far. I brought up my concern about diabetes. He agreed that was a concern and suggested that diet and exercise was important. The appointment ended. In his notes on MyChart, he states that he instructed me on the basics of the Mediterranean diet, made specific recommendations, gave recommendations about where to find recipes, instructed about exercise, weight loss, alcohol consumption, life style modifications and more. None of this happened. I messaged Dr. Anderson and suggested that he had perhaps confused me with another patient. I have not heard back from him nor has anything in the notes been changed or removed.

This was the first meeting. I thought it went pretty well. It will take time to build the relationship.
