Toni McFadden Is the consummate NP who listens and dispenses carefully thought out advice or responses. Not only did she analyze the results of an EKG, she produced a model of my mitral valve to explain why I wasn't operating on all four cylinders.

She was to the point and helpful, I appreciate her time. She gave me about my health.

Very good experience answered questions related to several problems

I like Tony she was professional and competent. The problem was that my information has never been kept up to date and so she did not have a lot of the information that she needed. She did not have information from the doctor nor was there information in my files. I had not seen any individual after some of my events. This is the first time I have spent time with Tony. Your phone system is atrocious and creates an undo amount of stress for your clients. Your record keeping needs to be brought up to current and relevant events. During my visit Tony had to leave the office three times to get information that was not available to her during our discussion.

My responses relate only to Toni McFadden not to Dr Patel or other members of his staff. First time seeing Toni. She was late and stressed. Her manner was gruff. She offered two options to my care and asked me to choose one without explaining the pro's and con's of each option until I asked. She did apologize for being late. Poor "bedside manners". I felt like she wanted me to leave her office ASAP. I have never experienced that with other Providence Memorial staff. Very disappointed with her.

I liked Toni McFadden very much. She is easy to talk to and with regarding test results and medications. She is a good substitute for Dr. Santera, whom I also like.

I had heart surgery and needed my RX re-evaluated due to a reaction. I could not get an appt w/ cardiology for 4 months. I had to go to my primary care Dr. To extend my RX prescription until I could get to cardiology. Toni McFadden is a well seasoned professional to handle my care in the absence of my cardiologist. She changed my medicine and prescribed an ample amount. You need more doctors!
