About Gregory A. Wood
Dr. Wood is a board-certified cardiologist specializing in heart failure, mechanical circulatory support, and advanced therapies for patients with end stage heart failure. With a unique dual background in medicine and mechanical engineering, he brings an analytical and problem-solving approach to cardiovascular care. Dr. Wood is dedicated to improving Montanans access to world-class heart failure care. Dr. Wood’s clinical interests include: • Heart failure and advanced heart failure • Technology to facilitate remote monitoring in heart failure • Cardiogenic shock management • Cardiac amyloidosis • Cardiac sarcoidosis • Inherited cardiomyopathies Dr. Wood provides patient centered care taking the time to educate patients and build rapport to increase patients’ involvement in their own care.
