Great experience. Heidi was friendly, aware of my medical condition, asked me about how felt and wanted to know if I had any questions.All our medical records are being sent to Bitterroot Health. Our Primary Care Doctor has retired and Hamilton MT is closer to us plus they have a clinic 5 minutes away.

Heidi demonstrated more knowledge concerning medication for treatment of cholesterol than I have experienced from any medical professional. She knew the specifics of each medication and was able to explain the importance of each. She respected my questions and gave me plenty of time to process her answers. I have already referred others to her for care.

I appreciate Heidi! She listens well to my issues and always tries to get to the bottom of them by working on my prescription doses of medications. This last appointment was the first time I had experienced the new AI recording. She said it gave her more time to listen to me, rather than being on the computer while visiting with me. She also said it helps with diagnosing because it picks up certain words.

Provider provided a lot of information that helped me to understand my issue and the options for addressing it.

Heidi is like a "best friend." She always has a smile and greeting when she enters the room, then we began discussing how I was doing and feeling. Then we went over my meds. When I left I knew everything I needed to know I'd be taken care of as long as necessary. In fact, all my doctors at St. Pat's have been equally as efficient.
