My provider immediately understood the seriousness of my concerns and ordered additional tests and a consultation. I received a new prescription and an appointment for the next day to treat me. I have had several follow up phone calls from this provider and nurses since then.

While the care provider I saw did a great job and the Office staff was everything I could ask for, the Nurse who saw me before my appointment was absolutely wonderful. She did her job well and then she was so friendly and personable it was a pleasure to have her be part of my care team.
