Very much good care from the provider treated I with respect listen also to my son any questions my son had the provider listed my son go's with I to appointments because I get confused on what the provider talks about medication! My son takes it all in and keeps I up on medication and what there for he understands

The Dr was very nice but he didnt seem to know why I was there. It was just an annual visit. He came in and asked me "What can I do for you today?"

Dr. Anderson was able to follow up on a prescription written by a provider who is no longer available for me to see.

My UCSF Cancer Doctors and my SUPER Providence SR Primary Care Doctor anticipate me having a couple of General Anesthetic procedures in the months between anticipated cancer treatments, but both thought prudent for me to have Cardiology tests and clearance beforehand. I was able to be seen promptly by cardio Dr. Anderson, who arranged for quick scheduling of tests to permit proceeding within window time window for planned procedures. Dr. Anderson is very knowledgeable, thorough, patient and kind. He answered all of my questions. I highly recommend him.

I've had excellent care, follow up appointments too! Dr Anderson was able to hear my concerns about getting hip survey and is my heart strong enough to proceed with that.

EVERYTHING WAS FINE

He is a cardiologist and has NEVER listened to my heart, has not seemed concerned about my incidents of law BP although my prescribed meds are for BzP, has not seemed even a little interested in my health experiences.

He didn't read my chart, and asked why I was there and what I needed. I felt like he had no idea why I was there and was not helpful.

Dr. Anderson didn't have any of my records. He was supposed to follow up with me after referring me to a specialist, but didn't He simply told me he had nothing for me and I should only see him if something new came up with my heart. No more follow ups. I felt disrespected and devalued.

I'm glad you're asking. I just thought it was the nicest office as far as how polite all the receptionist were and the nurses and then the doctor was so polite. Everyone was so nice and it was really nice to be an office that you felt good leaving.

Getting a first appointment with a cardiologist was way more complicated than it needed to be considering it was a follow-up to an ER visit. While my primary care doc was fantastic and the staff that tries to get new patients a first cardiology appointment did good jobs, one brief cardiology visit and I'm left with lots of questions and apparently now easy way to get answers.

Very thorough and easy manner

Everyone was kind and helpful. I have online chart, so I can read results right away and understand most of it. It takes awhile to get a appt for Dr. Was booked. I called office for results of last test, took awhile. Dr was on vacation. He did respond by email , I assume after he could catch up, but it wasn't as urgent as I thought results would be, and he said will talk about it at this visit, which we did. Nurses were also exceptionally good in follow ups, if Dr.wasn't Available.

Primary Dr is not focused on me and my issues during my visits, often talking at length about himself. I prefer to see the nurse practitioner in the office but am not allowed until I see him first.Cardiologist was respectful and knowledgeable but did not give me any follow up education about my new diagnosis or possible contributing factors that I have since found myself and am seeking care elsewhere for. I arrived on time to my appt at 0815 and did not see him until 0900 making me late for my next commitments.

Easy to talk to, friendly respectful and kind

Dr Anderson was not prepared for my visit. No pre tests were ordered an He did not appesr to know why I was seeing him. Visit was a waste of time for the most psrt. He did answer my questins though.

Doctor listened to my concerns and ordered a test that I felt was appropriate and validated my concerns

Doctor Anderson was very Informative and answered my questions. He has a good bedside manner.

He came in unprepared. He knew nothing about me or my history. He Asked us why we were there. Had not looked at my medical information. When he looked he began to speak so fast big words non stop and them told me I couldn't take the medication for my issues. Only increased the meds I'm on and set me up for a stress test without explaining what it was. He seems in a hurry. Not present. The appointment was over and we asked the front desk receptionist, what was a stress test. She began to explain that her mother had one , We asked her why didn't the doctor explained that it was a nuclear test. And that we wanted to see him again now. We waited and the doctor came to the waiting room and wanted to explain it to me outside in front of everybody. I asked for a privacy and then he took me back to a room. I told him at that point that he went too fast for me to understand anything he said, and we were curious why he did not explain to us what a stress test was. He proceeded to explain. He had 3 new patients that day as we were told.

I like Dr Anderson. I saw him to figure out what medicine to use for my LDL as I'm allergic to the normal ones. He was very nice as so was the rest of his staff. I am very pleased with the service I recieved there.

Dr. Anderson was a referral from my primary physician. He was excellent in every way.
