About Melissa L. Kilian

I became an RN at the age of 24, working in a large teaching hospital. After 9 years as an RN (mostly in ICU); I completed BS/MS and became a Nurse Practitioner. Over the past 22 years, I have practiced in various locations around the country. I find the most important role I play as a provider is in establishing a trusting relationship so we can work together on a person's health and wellness journey. I was born and raised near Buffalo, NY... Go Bills! I am an avid sports fan, enjoy traveling and outdoor activities (especially hiking).
