All contacts from check-in desk to Dr Schoenkerman (including medical assistant) were above and beyond my expectations (and) very personable as well(!). Although my symptoms are (not) always severe in nature at this point (and) no diagnosis determined as of yet (& even if there is one eventually), the care team at this clinic was very thorough in suggesting the next best steps/test option to do. The only downside was having to wait about 5-6 months between apt's, but something I'm willing to do at this point - in order to see a medical team which I believe is among the very best here in our PDX area.

As a first time patient with Dr. Schoenkerman, I found him very knowledgeable, patient, engaging, a wonderful listener and potential excellent advisor to get me to my goal of living to at least 100 years old. At 83, I'm getting close but even though I take pretty good care of myself, a person can't have enough information and possible advice! I think he will be a very good asset

Check-in was resonably expeditious. Took some time to be called in, and more time before Dr. S came in. Otherwise appt experisnce was good. Nurse was very efficient and considerate. Dr explained things clearly. Good experience. I wish the Gresham office was still open.

I was so pleasantly surprised with my experience. He was very genuine, respectful, and explained things to me in a very digestible way that made me feel reassured and educated by the time our visit was over. I generally get nervous when seeing male providers, but that quickly faded as the appointment started. He was listening to my concerns with genuine interest and I never felt brushed off or like I was just another patient. I had a very very good experience and have already told many people how impressed and grateful I am!

Since originally meeting with Dr. Schoenkerman, it was easy to have the utmost confidence in his skill and our relationship. He is very caring, understanding, explains things before I can ask questions, but when I do, he is a great listener.

Excellent care from front office to MA to techs to MD

The only problem I had was the way the Instructions on how to get to the office. It would be best to use Division St than to use Burnside. After that, I found all the new doctors with Providence exactly what I need. They are all new doctors to me because I had been living In Arizona and had to reestablish all the doctors I would need to see. This doctor was great, exactly like all the rest. That's why I am a patient of "Providence Medical Professionals"!

My provider is always pleasant and goes over everything with me that I need to know.
