Terese R. Foster, PAC

Terese Foster, PA-C, has long been drawn to medicine by her curiosity, her love of learning, and her desire to help others. She is especially fascinated by the heart and the way cardiovascular health connects to the whole person. Terese earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Neuroscience from the University of Portland. She then gained hands-on clinical experience as a medical assistant before completing her physician assistant training at George Fox University. She is also completing her Doctorate of Medical Science (DMS), further strengthening her foundation in patient care, clinical practice, and lifelong learning. In her practice, Terese is committed to listening carefully, understanding each patient’s concerns, and providing thoughtful, compassionate care. She values empathy, clinical knowledge, and collaboration with colleagues to support shared learning and deliver the best possible care for patients and teams. Originally from Seattle, Washington, Terese relocated to Portland, Oregon after completing her master’s degree at George Fox University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, playing volleyball, baking sourdough bread, reading cozy mysteries, and puzzling.
