The only issue is that getting ahold of the care team is much more difficult than it used to be and there is not a lot of follow up.I have had to call several times to get answers or results and it is very time consuming . That was difficult for the tech because she was very good at her job and it was upsetting for her that I had to wait. She went above and beyond to find a timely solution and I was able to make my next appointment on time.
