Nancy Mikala is a wonderful health professional, she is respectful, and encouraging.I was sent a text in Marsh for scheduling a yearly appointment and when I called to schedule an appointment, they said they were full and they would call me when they had something available. Seven months later (with the prompting of my pcp) they called to set up an appointment.

Nancy, took the time to explain and answer any and all of my questions.

Dr Vitello Mikiska was thoughtful, knowledgeable, supportive, clear in her questions, comments and suggestions, perhaps partially because of her family roots in Lucca, Italy.

Nancy is a very careing person, always takes the time and interest in your care! Tries to solve your problems as soon as possible. I think shes terrific!!

I always receive great care from Nancy Vitello. She listens and explains everything in an easy to understand manner, and she's crazy smart. She's always prepared for my appointments and is familiar with my long list of healthcare issues.

They have been knowledgeable but maybe every other year it would be nice to see the Dr.

I have had very good experiences contacting my Drs nurses with heart health problems thru my chart & getting help within a few hours! Making appointments to see the Dr are difficult.

My provider was exceptional. She listened to my concerns, and helped me to understand my issue.

The visit was great, She listened to all of my concerns and helped me very much by telling me what I should do about them. She is very easy to talk to. It will be a pleasure to have her as my primary provider.

We MA had trouble getting my EKG, taking much longer than expected. She finally had to get another machine. She was very nice to work with. Since we were running behind, I actually ended up seeing a PA/NP that was working with her that day. She did a very good job. She was able to explain things to me & together we came up with a plan moving forward.

Dr Nancy is so good in every way. She made sure to tell me to report any changes that I make in other medicines from my family provider or weight changes because she wants to reduce my medicine. I'm to keep a blood pressure chart for her as well. I think she is very thorough and knowledgeable

I was a little late because the parking lot was full (had to use valet!!), but she was still attentive, listened, answered all my questions. This was my first visit with her. VERY impressed!!

Dr Nancy Vitello was very personable and listen to my thoughts about what was happening to my husband, even though he didn't think he had a problem. She was vey kind and told him what he needed and to call her if there was a problem. Very good visit and helped my husband see if new prescribed Meds might change his faint problem( low blood pressure).

I felt in skilled and practiced hands for my ablation procedure.

This is the first time I saw this provider. She was very thorough and attentive in the exam. She answered my questions and made me feel like I had valued input. She formulated a plan going forward that I thought made sense. I would definitely schedule an appointment with her again.

As usual, my experience with this office was excellent. I have long ago given up on trying to call Spokane Cardiology phone. The wait is often endless. I use MyChart exclusively to communicate with the provider team.

This was the first time that I have not seen and MD. Times are changing. As a medical provider Nancy was knowledgeable and relatable. I was surprised at a 3 month wait r an appointment. As my MD wife has said..."There are a lot of people sicker than you that need care sooner".

This was a scheduled appointment for adjusting my pacemaker placed in October and follow up of diagnosis of congestive heart failure. I could not be happier with my experience with Nancy Vitelli. She was very knowledgeable, great listener, sympathetic, familiar with my situation and performed an appropriate exam. The results were reassuring. She also made a medication change that should be helpful in relieving an annoying side effect of the previous medication. Very professional while being supportive. The lady who did the adjustment of my pacemaker was super also. A great follow up experience.

My only complaint is the amount of time it took to get an appointment. It took months to get an appointment.Once I was seen, I feel like I was listened to and cared for in a timely and respectful manner. My provider did a great job at explaining my particular issues.

All interaction was good. I waited only a few minutes and went in to the room for the exam/appointment early. All my questions were answered and I felt good about the appointment over all. I received a call from the provider with results of a blood test and other instructions promptly. One of the reception people walked me back to the place where I was to meet my ride, as I was not sure of the route myself.
