Olivia Connors, PA-C

Olivia obtained her bachelor's degree in pre-clinical health science at the University of Central Florida in Orlando. Throughout her graduate education she worked as a certified nursing assistant and medical scribe on a med-surg floor, caring for pre- and post-operative patients. Prior to PA school, she served as a medical assistant in pediatric cardiology, which is what sparked her interest in the field of cardiac surgery. She completed her PA schooling at Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Meyers, Florida. Olivia's desire to fill a role in the diagnosis and healing process of patients, led her to Providence. She chose cardiac surgery because of her love for being in the operating room and the camaraderie that comes along with that intense and important work. Cardiac surgery allows her continual growth and learning as a provider, and ultimately allows her to see patients through their diagnosis, treatment and recovery. On her own time, Olivia enjoys running, hiking, yoga and music.
