Jessica Belknap, MS, RD, LD, CLC

Jessica Belknap, MS, RD, LD, CD, DipACLM, CLC is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist licensed in Oregon and Washington, a Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor. She earned her Master of Science in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine, her Bachelor of Science from the University of Oregon, and completed her Didactic Program in Dietetics at the University of Northern Colorado. Jessica is also currently working on her Doctor of Healthcare Science degree at Pacific University. Jessica believes that all people—regardless of body size, ability, health status, or goals—deserve access to compassionate, evidence-based nutrition care that supports both health and quality of life. Her client-centered approach integrates conventional medical nutrition therapy with holistic frameworks such as Lifestyle Medicine, Health at Every Size®, and Intuitive Eating, tailoring care to each individual’s unique needs and values. She works collaboratively with clients to navigate health conditions, build a positive relationship with food and their bodies, and support sustainable, long-term well-being. Jessica has a particular passion for supporting individuals following vegan, vegetarian, and plant-based lifestyles, offering specialized nutrition education and guidance in these areas. Above all, Jessica strives to create a supportive, inclusive environment for all people, where clients feel empowered to pursue their health goals with confidence and clarity.
