This office is one of the most professional, efficient and kind practices I have ever experienced. I have seen Tim in both the office and hospital settings and he has taken the time to try and figure out a solution for me for a variety of issues, some not particularly typical. I truly appreciate his empathetic and professional attitude, and he always brings in the doc if needed, who is also awesome. I wish I did not have cancer but at least I have them.

Tim is the best provider. He made me feel so comfortable and actually listened to my needs and questions, I highly recommend him. He was the first person to really take time to explain things to me in a way I could understand and make the best choices.

The team at Kadlec Colorectal Surgery is one of the best I found on this planet (yes, I've been all over this planet)The team at Kadlec Gastro is lacking.

I was a new patient to this part of the clinic and it took over a month to get seen. The office staff was the friendliest I have encountered at Kadlec. Dr. Blanscett explained my medical problem in a concise manner, with a treatment plan and a follow-up appointment in 8 weeks.

The entire Kadlec experience has been great considering that it's been a rough few weeks for me personally. Nothing's perfect, but I have been impressed with the care, sympathy, humor, and understanding provided by every member of the care team so far.

Tim is great I've seen him for 12years I moved to 3 different areas up to 8 hours away and I only see him. Scheduling sucks not good.

Difficult visit was made very bearable. Filled me with confidence. Seemed to spend extra time with me. Helped tremendously to reassure me. Also happy surgery was scheduled relatively soon.

This interaction was with someone I had not met but he did a good job of explaining the process for my pending surgery. I will have two separate surgeons and the person I met today was a physician assistant. He did a good job.

Provider himself was friendly with good bedside manner. Did downplay some of my concerns versus validate and assure. 2nd provider I've seen for this issue and neither time did provider discuss recovery of the procedure when discussing risks versus benefits. MA and scheduler spoke to me very condescendingly like I should have somehow known I wouldn't be able to go back to work for 2 weeks.

They did an amazing job and they were very direct and very straightforward about everything and looked at the best options for me and my health and didn't just assume to cut me open and do a surgery. They took their time to reassess the situation and came out with the best outcome for me and my health Before making any rational decisions.
